New Heart Network, Prudential – Kuching, Sarawak
Job Scopes:Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency & compliance with company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Benefits:Basic Salary: RM 1,800 & above (Negotiable)
Commissions & Bonus
Incentive $$$ given for good performance
Experience real & friendly working environment
Requirements:Minimum at least 5 credits in SPM / STPM / Diploma and higher in related field.
Able to communicate in English & Malay
Able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
Can perform work in a team, willing to learn & an outgoing person
Required to have own transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
