Job Description for Office Admin (Executive / Assistant)
A general office assistant provides support to operations based on the organization's needs to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will be required to multitask, provide real-time scheduling support, and handle general admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising the work of the tea lady, managing the daily cleaning operations of the office pantry, ensuring all pantry areas are well maintained, organized, and stocked with adequate non-dairy products.
Stationery Control:Oversee stationery inventory, procurement, and distribution, ensuring departments have necessary supplies for smooth workflow.
Manage accommodations for expatriates, ensuring comfortable living conditions, proper maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.
Handle all aspects, including facility management, room allocation, catering, and welfare support.
Other tasks as required based on the organization's needs.
Requirements:
Professional certificate / Diploma in any field with at least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in a multinational company or manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
Friendly, approachable, excellent in work responsibility, good communication skills, multitasking, detail-oriented, and responsive.
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Strong commitment and ability to work overtime or during weekends if requested.
