Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Managing live streaming databases and filing systems.
Organizing and maintaining records in both physical and digital formats.
Handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
2. Administrative Support:
Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and editing.
Handling office-related payments and financial processes.
Scheduling meetings and appointments, including room bookings and preparation of necessary materials.
4. Office Maintenance:
Overseeing office maintenance and repairs.
Coordinating with building management for facility-related issues.
Ensuring the office environment is clean and well-organized.
Monitoring and managing the purchasing of office equipment.
5. Supporting HR Functions:
Compiling reports on attendance, absence statistics, and transfer data as assigned.
Assisting with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
6. Others:
Assisting with any additional tasks as requested by the Company or supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Office/ Business Administration or any related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Proficient in English and can converse well.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
