Summary The Office Administrator is the daily face of the company in the office. While we are primarily a remote work environment, people use the office regularly, which requires that someone look after it Monday through Friday. You will be the main point of contact for building management, cleaning services, and any shipment receiving from vendors. Additionally, we are looking for someone who loves to entertain and make spaces super cool to hang out in. Bring your creativity to this job. This is a full-time, in-office position that works from 9am until 6pm. Core Responsibilities These are the tasks we expect will occupy 80-90 percent of your time on a regular basis:
Collaborate with building management to fulfill paperwork requirements, fire drill compliance, and other safety procedures to ensure a good relationshipCollaboration with building management for the UpServices system to request and manage turnstile access cards, parking permits, and other basic facilities functionsManagement and operation of the fingerprint lock systemManagement and operation of the security cameras inside of the office (common area CCTV is handled by the building management) Help employees to abide by basic PCI compliance rules to lock up their mobile devices as they are working inside of the officeHelp maintain office cleanliness and organization by working with the cleaning staffReceive deliveries to the officeCheck the company mailbox and deliver relevant mail to the CEORegular conversations with executive leadershipParticipate in recruitment by reviewing CVs/resumes, performing screening calls, and scheduling interviews
Additional Responsibilities These are other tasks that you will be occasionally asked to do:
Complete surveys and assist with researchHelp the company innovate on internal processes to make it a great work environment Present on a topic to teammates or clients, depending on the situation (voluntary)Creating work related documentsAssist with HR-related tasks, such as test administration
