**Job Description:**

As the Office Manager at Top Glove Corporation Berhad, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our George Town office. This part-time position will require you to manage office activities, oversee administrative functions, and support management in executing strategic organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Office Administration:**
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in workflows and processes.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new items as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files (both digital and physical) to support operational effectiveness.

2. **Team Coordination:**
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monitor office staff workloads and provide support or resources as necessary.
- Assist in onboarding new employees to familiarize them with office protocols.

3. **Budget and Finance Management:**
- Track office expenses, assist with budget planning, and ensure adherence to financial forecasts.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and manage office-related invoices and payments.

4. **Event Planning and Organization:**
- Organize company events and team-building activities, ensuring successful execution.
- Plan and facilitate training sessions or workshops as directed by management.

5. **Human Resources Support:**
- Assist HR in maintaining employee records and confidential information.
- Help coordinate employee performance evaluations and support staff development initiatives.

6. **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to management as needed.

7. **Adaptability:**
- Respond proactively to changes in the work environment or company structure.
- Adjust priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

**Requirements:**

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

**Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
