Office Operations Assistant (2 Positions)The Office Operations Assistants will support the Office Operations Manager in executing front desk, cafeteria, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Handle deliveries and dispatches efficiently.
Support utility payments and keep records up to date.
Set up meeting rooms with refreshments, supplies, and personalized touches.
Assist in decorating and organizing events like celebrations and product launches.
Cafeteria Support:
Help manager prepare meals and maintain cleanliness in the cafeteria.
Operate daily beverage or food vending machines.
Update menu displays and promotional materials.
General Assistance:
Help coordinate bookings for hotels, restaurants, and transportation.
Assist with organizing sports events and competitions.
Handle minor repair or maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate and above.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
