• Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal office functionality.
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Process staff expense claims, per diem, and reconciliation for reimbursement.
• Obtain the necessary approvals for payment processing and leave management for Malaysia weekend servicing employees.
• Any office administration duties as and where required.Onboarding Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Manage onboarding schedules, including setting up workstations, coordinating with IT for equipment, and providing training resources.
• Assist in processing employee documentation, including employment contracts and other compliance-related paperwork.
• Oversee VISA and work permit arrangements, including application submissions, tracking, and renewals for international hires.Competitor Analysis
• Conduct research on competitors, analyzing their offerings, strategies, and positioning in the market.
• Analyze competitor offerings, customer engagement strategies, and overall market presence.
