ResponsibilitiesAttend to complaints for models under care and manage loaner car arrangements for customers as required.
Prepare tribunal and legal documentation to be submitted to the Legal Team at the Motor Division.
Prepare letters of reply to customers on critical cases.
Attend tribunal and court as required.
Assist HOD in monitoring the reporting system (weekly and monthly) for all staff.
QualificationsMinimum Degree Holder in Business or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service in a Call Centre or face-to-face.
Strong command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia in writing and verbally.
Excellent or moderate user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Advantageous to possess knowledge of CRM and Case Management Systems.
