Officer, Customer Service

To support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Manning the information counter and assisting customers with enquiries while providing accurate information.
Recording lost and found items in the mall.
Responding to injuries and accidents in the mall.
Managing and monitoring all common facilities, i.e., maintaining the hygiene of the first aid room, wheelchair, baby stroller, etc.
Supporting the Marketing Communications department in all promotional activities, campaigns, and events, including event set-up and redemption.
To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge, or skills as listed below:
At least SPM/STPM or Diploma Holder
Possess at least 1-2 years' experience in enhancing customer experience and office administration.
