Process and update customer booking data.Monitor compliance of documents submitted for vehicle sales and delivery.Prepare payments to JPJ and vendors.Prepare Vehicle Invoices.Prepare submission of sales specialist commission.Liaise with bank for collection of paymentsManage customer payment. (Debtors ageing).Submission of daily collection to Finance HQ.Submission of reports and documents to relevant departments General Admin
Ensure payment to contractors/suppliers.Prepare Declaration Report to Finance Dept every month.Monitor the vehicle stock ageingMonitor all clerical & non-clerical duties and administration function.Take charge of the general admin function of the branch Others
Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements. Education / Professional Qualification Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Economics?or related field. Professional Experience Good computer knowledge.Able to write and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Ability to work proactively on own initiative as well as in a team environment.Strong analytical skills
