The Main Objective of the Position: Drive various activities to achieve the target Omni Channel picture with the aim of achieving maximum coverage of customers and sales efficiency targets.
Key Accountabilities: Drive measures & implement steps towards achieving sales efficiency & Omni Channel targets at country level Develop and implement team selling & channel collaboration towards Omni Channel target picture Support sales teams on Customer Portfolio Management, Customer Planning, Customer Data Management with customer & sales channel guidance according to SOM (Sales Operation Model) Act as key user for sales tools, tool enhancement requirements and work with HQ for implementation and derive actions accordingly Collaborate with other functions to develop online sales channels towards the target Omni Channel Constantly review the progress and advice the sales leaders for course correction Develop concepts and processes to manage channel conflicts to achieve the Omni Channel target picture Drive the Lead management exercise along with Marcom to achieve the desired results Support Market Intelligence for key exercises related to market share analysis quarterly and yearly Plan and execute sales processes & sales applications training to the target groups respectively Work with HQ as the key user for PowerBI and Power App Educational Background: Degree in any field, preferably business & marketing background Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Professional Knowledge and Experiences 1-2 years of relevant sales experience necessary Expert level in Microsoft applications like POWER BI, Power App, etc Knowledge of CRM Software Tools is a plus (E.g., SAP Cloud for Customers, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics) Business Intelligence Tools (E.g., SAP BI, Micro Strategy, Spotfire, Analysis for Excel) Collaboration & ability to derive action plans from given KPIs Development of dashboards, conducting review meetings with sales & cross functions
