Onboarding & Customer Relations Executive

1. Pre-Operations Coordination Conduct quality checks on centers, classrooms, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in line with company policies and state standards.Provide guidance and support to franchisees on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and operational standards.Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the pre-opening phase and post-launch period.2. Customer Service & Parent Relations Address inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all.Responsible for processing all orders from franchisees.Monitoring term orders progress.Correspond with franchisees regarding stock availability, order cancellation, defective stock, stock collection date and method, shipment tracking data and current status.Responsible for monitoring the centres stock balances.Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and parents. 3. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and pre-opening progress for the management team.Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to discussions on improving parent engagement and operational efficiency.Identify and propose process improvements in pre-opening activities and customer service practices to enhance the overall quality of service.
