Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in an onboarding, HR, or a similar role.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Success Factor, Service now).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Time to Onboard: This KPI measures the average time taken to complete the onboarding process from the acceptance of the job offer to the new hire's first day.New Hire Satisfaction: This KPI is measured through surveys and feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience.Completion Rate of Onboarding Tasks: This KPI measures the percentage of onboarding tasks completed on time.Compliance and Documentation Accuracy: This KPI tracks the accuracy and completeness of all onboarding documentation.Feedback from Hiring Managers & HRBPs: This KPI involves collecting feedback from hiring managers and HRBPs about the effectiveness of the onboarding process.Work Environment:
