### Job Description
Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Online Accounts Receivable. ### Responsibilities
- **Invoice Management:**
- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Follow up on pending invoices and respond to account inquiries from customers regarding account statements and payment status.
- **Receivables Reconciliation:**
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments received.
- Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Cash Application:**
- Process payments received, applying them accurately to the corresponding accounts.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and any related issues.
- **Reporting:**
- Prepare and assist in financial reporting for accounts receivable by analyzing data, summarizing trends, and providing insights regarding aging accounts.
- **Customer Relations:**
- Work closely with clients to establish positive relationships, address queries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and customer service to address issues related to accounts receivable.
- **Compliance and Documentation:**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain organized documentation for all accounts receivable transactions and inquiries.
- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify areas for improvement in accounts receivable processes and contribute ideas for optimizing workflows.
- Stay updated on best practices in accounting and receivables management.
### Requirements
- **Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred or relevant work experience (minimum of 1 year).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (experience with SAP or similar platforms is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find solutions and work effectively under pressure.
