Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer in our George Town, Penang office. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary - we are looking for individuals who are independent, passionate, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.2. Provide assistance and support to customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints.3. Utilize persuasion skills to promote and upsell products and services to customers.4. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging situations.5. Input and update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.7. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Independent and able to work well in a team environment.2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.3. Strong persuasion skills and ability to convince customers effectively.4. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.6. Proficient in using computer programs and software.7. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
