Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.4. Upsell or cross-sell products and services to increase sales.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer support processes.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.2. Energetic and driven personality traits.3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.4. Ability to adapt to different customer needs and preferences.5. Proficiency in typing and multitasking.6. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
