Media Prima Berhad is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively- Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide comprehensive assistance to customers- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and problem resolution- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:- Adaptability to changing customer needs and technology platforms- Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent customer service- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills- Ability to effectively present information and solutions to customers- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- Fluency in written and spoken English
