Online Client Relations Assistant

Job description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist in managing client accounts and updating client information in the CRM system- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention- Monitor client feedback and address any issues or trends that may arise- Provide recommendations for improving the online client experience

Requirements:- Passionate and resilient individual with a strong customer service orientation- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues- Proficiency in online communication tools and CRM systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
