Job Description:
Sapura Energy Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, resilient, adaptable, and creative. As an Online Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through various online platforms- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients- Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date- Process client orders and ensure timely delivery- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience- Update and maintain client databases and records- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using various online platforms and applications- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
