Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Negotiate with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Maintain client records and documentation accurately
- Assist in developing and implementing client support strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
