Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Representative at S P Setia Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online channels. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients who have inquiries, issues, or feedback, and will work to ensure their satisfaction and continued loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, or other online platforms.2. Address client concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.3. Provide product information, answer questions, and guide clients through our online services.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients.7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.8. Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Dedicated and adaptable personality traits, with a focus on cooperation and negotiation skills.7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software.8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
