As an Associate Level Online Content Writer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's online presence and driving customer engagement through well-crafted digital content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation:** Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for our website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms that aligns with our brand voice and vision.
- **Research & Analysis:** Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies and improve SEO performance.
- **SEO Implementation:** Optimize all content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, metadata, and best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- **Content Strategy Development:** Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create and execute comprehensive content plans that support our overall marketing objectives.
- **Proofreading & Editing:** Review and revise content produced by other team members to ensure clarity, proper grammar, and adherence to company standards and brand guidelines.
- **Audience Engagement:** Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to fine-tune and improve content based on performance and audience preferences.
- **Collaborative Teamwork:** Work closely with graphic designers, social media managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
- **Adheres to Deadlines:** Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging content trends to ensure Digi.Com Berhad remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of professional writing experience, preferably in an online content writing or digital marketing role.
- **Proven Portfolio:** Demonstrated experience with a diverse range of content, including articles, blogs, social media content, web copy, etc.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics software. Familiarity with HTML and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Dedicated and motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent problem-solving abilities and sharp attention to detail; able to streamline workflows and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language Proficiency:** Exceptional command of the English language; proficiency in Malay and other languages is a plus.
