Petron Malaysia is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.6. Confidence and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.7. Energetic and enthusiastic approach to delivering excellent customer care.
