Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via online chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Assist customers in booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues related to their travel plans.3. Provide technical support to customers navigating our website and mobile app.4. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.7. Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.8. Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Strong persuasion skills and creativity in problem-solving.5. Familiarity with airline industry practices and terminology is a plus.6. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating online platforms.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
