Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting. The successful candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong problem-solving and creativity skills.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide product information, assistance with orders, and troubleshooting support to customers.3. Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to prevent escalations.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer care process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.5. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding solutions.6. Energetic and hardworking attitude.
