Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through online platforms- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are resolved efficiently- Monitor customer usage and provide proactive suggestions for improving their experience- Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and present findings to relevant stakeholders- Provide online training and guidance to customers on how to effectively use our products or services- Use data and analytics to identify trends and potential opportunities for customer success initiatives- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Strong research skills and ability to effectively present findings to others- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
