Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Officer in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and retention- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our online services- Develop creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience- Conduct regular customer success reviews to assess progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement- Assist in developing and implementing customer loyalty programs and initiatives- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer success

Requirements:- Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for customer service- Strong presentation and communication skills- Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges
