Job Description:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Representative at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to online customers via email, chat, and phone- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive retention and growth- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the online customer experience- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for customer success team

Requirements:- Resilient and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box to address customer needs- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
