Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Online Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Continuously monitor and improve the quality of customer support services.8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Energetic and resilient personality traits.4. Strong decision-making and research skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proficient in using online customer service tools and platforms.7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.8. Fluent in English and Malay languages.
