Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through live chat. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate any technical issues or customer feedback to the appropriate department
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Independent and resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using live chat software and other online tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and Malay is required
