Role Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Cambridge IGCSE Examiner to join our team on a contractual basis.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and upgrading our learning content.
Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Examination: Work with the assessments team to guide the creation of the latest assessment patterns for IGCSE students.
Provide detailed feedback on the learning platform's experience and quality to help students improve.
Content Development: Collaborate with the Tutopiya content team to develop and upgrade IGCSE learning materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the latest Cambridge IGCSE curriculum standards.
Guide the team on creating comprehensive lesson plans, practice tests, and study guides.
Improve the content from an IGCSE Examination Preparation Perspective to give students & tutors the best IGCSE Content for Exam Preparation.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in assessment and content development.
Review and update existing content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
Professional Development: Conduct training sessions for staff and freelance Tutopiya tutors, sharing experiences and training on the latest changes in the IGCSE syllabus.
Share expertise and knowledge with other team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in teaching and marking examination papers for the IGCSE Cambridge board for one or more of the following subjects: Math, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
Strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to adopt innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
Experience in mentoring and supervising students.
