Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will interact with customers, answer their inquiries, provide product information, and assist them with any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through our online chat platform- Provide accurate information about our products and services- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may have- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Resourceful and hardworking attitude- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent- No previous experience required
