Employee Development:- Utilize the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate (ADDIE) Model toaddress site needs, improve required knowledge, skill or behavior. Develops test to validateknowledge. All materials must meet all regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO, QS, TS, etc.).- Partner with different departments to identify appropriate training and development needsbased on organizational initiatives.- Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, including:- Provide TWI Job Instruction training- Lead multidisciplinary team for TWI implementation and creation.- Coach Panduit employees on how to create job breakdown sheets and how toinstruct effectively through the Job Instruction methodology.- Provide coaching to individual contributors and managers utilizing available tools, includingrecommendations for IDP's.- Coordinate and deliver the new hire orientation program when required. (Design, plan,organize and direct new hire training/site specific training and retraining as needed.)- Develop learning plans based on job descriptions, functional requirements andorganizational needs. Create, assign, and monitor learning plans within the LearningManagement System.- Gain awareness of manufacturing processes and provide feedback to SME's.- Actively participate in product transfers to ensure compliance.85%2.Training Records Coordination:- Oversees training record accuracy in the learning management system and programeffectiveness.- Educational Institutions and External Seminars: International Locations: Coordinate andadminister both internal and external seminar/conference/training, including educationassistance and industrial training program- Training Suppliers and Contractors: Coordinate training initiatives by working with theSupply Chain Team to facilitate interaction with external vendors to help managers choosethe most appropriate/cost-effective outsourced training provider If training is not availableinternally.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Deadline: 06/22/2023
