#### Job Description:
IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Office Manager to support our operations in a virtual environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our online office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various departments. This part-time position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time efficiently, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.

#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and company events while ensuring all attendees are informed and prepared.
- Maintain organized records of administrative documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders.

- **Communication Coordination:**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors via online communication platforms.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to promote collaboration and project success.
- Help in the onboarding and training of new staff members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the online office culture.

- **Office Management:**
- Oversee the usage of virtual office tools and platforms, troubleshooting minor issues and assisting teammates in technology execution.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment used for online operations; order and restock supplies when needed.
- Implement and maintain best practices for online office management to optimize productivity and efficiency.

- **Financial Tracking:**
- Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation for projects and departmental spending.
- Monitor expenses and assist in preparing financial reports for management review.

- **Performance Evaluation and Improvement:**
- Monitor the effectiveness of online office procedures, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights on operational efficiency and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

#### Requirements:
- **Education:**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
- At least 3 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role in a remote or online environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies and online systems.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Dedicated: Strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and contributing to team goals consistently.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on cooperation, communication, and building relationships.
