As an Online Personal Assistant at Sapura Energy Berhad, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing essential support to our operations and executives. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned executives.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in the creation and management of project timelines and deliverables.

- **Communication Management:**
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, representing the company professionally.

- **Research and Data Management:**
- Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and resources, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.

- **Customer Service:**
- Provide support to clients, vendors, and partners as needed, ensuring positive experiences and strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions.

- **Problem Solving and Critical Thinking:**
- Identify challenges and bottlenecks in administrative processes and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide timely advice or alternative approaches.

- **Team Support:**
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights for continual improvement and innovation.

- **Real-time Project Assistance:**
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, resources, and responsibilities.
- Provide real-time support during project execution as required by the executives.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- A minimum of an Associate degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.) is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about supporting others and driving organizational success.
- Confident in one's abilities and in representing the company to various stakeholders.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and approach challenges creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
