Position Objectives: Achieve sales targets by converting leads to active customers on the Online Shop platform.

Key Accountabilities: Convert quotations to orders via the Online Shop.
Conduct outbound calls to promote the Online Shop.
Use direct sales skills to address customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
Guide customers through the onboarding process.
Plan daily sales activities using CRM tools.
Support market development and promote the Online Shop.
Represent the brand at customer touchpoints.
Demonstrate strong communication and virtual selling skills.
Liaise with interdepartmental teams on customer matters.
Educational Background: Preferably holds a vocational education (bachelor's degree) in technical engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English and local language.
