Online Sales Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES: Update post FB, IG, TikTok, FB story, IG story, Tiktok Story, WA, website on daily basis.Update stock on database, website, Storehub, e-commerce, FB Shop, Website on daily basisPrepare company's promotional/sales awareness material/graphicAnswer sales inquiries and quotations for products until close dealsRecord all customer purchase on Prospect & Customer DatabaseUpdate online store tracking KPI on daily basisPrepare, QC and packing item for postageFollow up customer product satisfaction and reviewWork closely with Anggun Chitra boutique teamOther task related to online store management REQUIREMENTS: Honest and disciplinePossess positive and good working attitudeComputer literate and competent in Microsoft, FB, IG, TikTok and GoogleBasic graphic design is preferredMinimum SPM or equivalentIndependent, proactive, result orientated with good interpersonal skillsFemale, 18-25 years oldAble to start work immediately WORKING HOUR: 10.00am – 5pm Monday – Friday (office hour)Saturday/Sunday (boutique hour)Flexible working time to close sale for online customer SALARIES & BENEFITS: Basic salary RM1,800Attendance & discipline allowance RM100Monthly commission for sale 5-10%On the job and other relevant training will be provided
