Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Social Media Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong presentation skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
