You will be an on-site practitioner for one of our partners here in Intellect, where your role is to directly support the employee's mental health and personal growth based on the individual needs and goals. This is delivered primarily through in-person 1-on-1 sessions.
We're seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public to provide mental health coaching.
What You'll DoProvideonsite/in-person mental health counsellingfor the employees of Intellect's local clients in Malaysia.
Report to the client's office for9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Deliver New Hire Orientation sessions on resilience, stress triggers and management, and wellbeing resources available.
Conduct workshops for managers on empathy and identifying distress in employees.
Teach groups coping mechanisms related to stressful and traumatic information they encounter.
Ideate and conduct team building/fun activities.
Moderate peer group support sessions.
Develop and deliver on-site group sessions and workshops to promote mental health education, resilience, and awareness.
Deliver customized training programs as per the requirement of the employee group in consensus with the wellness coordinator.
Share monthly reports on utilisation/participation.
Collaboratively work with Intellect's internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
Minimum RequirementsHas a Master/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.
Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).
Candidate must have at least 300 clinical hours.
Candidate must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
