Job Responsibility
Attend night service during the funeral site at bereaved family's premise or parlor.
Assist Service Consultant in servicing customers in the overall process and funeral arrangement.
Accompany members of the bereaved family during the funeral procession and provide all relevant and necessary assistance.
Carry out preparation of store and memorial ceremony's altar setup.
Handle store items return and clean the funeral site area used for the funeral service.
Handle customer inquiries on funeral service and Memorial Hall related issues.
Perform as Night Duty Officer after normal working hours.
Act as a professional service team member during funeral procession service.
Job Requirements
Possess a valid driving license.
Willing to travel & work on weekends/public holidays.
Maintain good rapport with customers and a high sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills.
