**Your responsibilities would be to**:- To work in financial and brokerage industry company.- To demonstrate logical thinking and creative thinking, able to give suggestions and make recommendations.- Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.- Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.- Enhance and improve current process.- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients- Following process and procedure of the Company.- Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude.- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay language.- Know how to handle Telegram.- Must do live on Tiktok and Malay speaker.- Being able to teach and do live trade with clients.- Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak.- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.- Experience in customer service is an added advantage.**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Yearly bonus
