Job Description1. Operations ManagementManage daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain service quality.

2. Business DevelopmentExpand pharmacy networks, introduce new services, and establish strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends to inform growth strategies and promotional campaigns.
Boost revenue through new product lines, healthcare services, and improved customer loyalty.
3. Customer ServiceOversee customer service teams, ensuring prompt support and high satisfaction levels.
Develop protocols for handling feedback, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
Address escalated issues and establish feedback loops to refine services.
Lead and support teams in operations, stock purchasing, and sales administration.
Ensure optimal stock levels and efficient inventory control.
Foster a collaborative work culture focused on innovation and accountability.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare forecasts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to optimize profitability.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possessat leasta Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Business Development / Operation Management or equivalent.
Minimum2-3 yearsof experience in operation management and business development within the healthcare or retail pharmacy sector.
Able to handlechain and individual pharmacies and communities .
Required language:Mandarin & English .
Able to speak in public.
