3. Customer ServiceOversee customer service teams, ensuring prompt support and high satisfaction levels.
Develop protocols for handling feedback, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
Address escalated issues and establish feedback loops to refine services.
Lead and support teams in operations, stock purchasing, and sales administration.
Ensure optimal stock levels and efficient inventory control.
Foster a collaborative work culture focused on innovation and accountability.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare forecasts.

Job RequirementsCandidate must possessat leastDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Business Development / Operation Management or equivalent
Minimum2-3 yearsof experience in operation management, business development within healthcare or retail pharmacy sector
Able to handlechain and individual pharmacies and communities
