About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operation Assistant to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our event management business.
What you'll be doing Providing administrative and logistical support for the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, exhibitions, and corporate functionsAssisting with the coordination of venue bookings, vendor management, and event staffingHandling event registration, guest management, and on-site support during eventsMaintaining detailed event records and documentationCollaborating with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and manage event-related communicationsStock check and inventory managementSetup & dismantling of eventSpot check on part timersProviding exceptional customer service to clients and event attendeesWhat we're looking for 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or event coordination roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A team player with a positive, can-do attitudeFamiliarity with event management software or tools would be an advantage About us We are a leading event management company based in Kuching, Sarawak.
