Operation Coordinator/Sales Support

Follow up with clients with recurring shipments and assist with sales operations activities including but not limited to quotation, shipment confirmation, requirements gathering etc. Coordinate shipment details with our Operations team through information relay from our Shippers to our Internal Operations Maintain accurate and up to-date sales and shipment records Assist with quotation requests by following up and initiating these requests on the system Handle clients' feedbacks and complaints, escalating them whenever necessary Quotation requests Manage and follow up on quotation requests raised for the Sales team Daily clients engagement on shipment tracking Assist with clients' enquiries and feedbacks through escalation or simple query of shipment Confirming shipments with clients & operations team Maintain and update CRM and internal shipper related database to ensure data hygiene and visibility for internal stakeholders Onboarding new clients and ensuring that new clients are onboarded with proper information Guide & Provide SOPs or next course of action for client to commence shipment Work Schedule:
