Job Description
Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the filesHandle document and correspondences records for various projectsEnsuring all documentation meets formal requirements and document control procedures as set out under ISO 9001:2015.Ensuring documents and files are accurately labelled, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval.Review and update documents regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy of recordsEstablish and maintain record retention timelinesKeep other personnel updated on new document versionsMaintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documentsSorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients or company's personnel. Print and distribute documents as neededProducing document progress reports for senior managersEnsure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely projectAssisting in the preparation and submission of documents for regulatory approvals
Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldHave at least 1-2 years relevant working experienceProficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Project
