OPERATION EXECUTIVE - CAR PARK MANAGEMENT SERVICESResponsible for managing and monitoring day-to-day operations for one or more car park locations.
Optimize car park resources, revenue, and performance for excellent management.
Verify and reconcile car park collections according to the Company's procedures.
Manage and supervise car park staff performance in line with Company expectations.
Plan, organize, control, and monitor resources such as manpower, consumables, equipment performance, and operational expenses for smooth operations.
Prepare and ensure timely operation reporting to the Company and Clients.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and provide solutions for operational issues.
Build and maintain good rapport and cooperation with customers and clients.
Actively monitor the status of a car park, provide directions, and take action during physical visits, online media, and email communications.
Requirements
Degree holder in any discipline from a recognized university.
At least 1 year of working experience as an Executive handling multiple operation sites.
Possess good leadership, a strong sense of accountability, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Experience and knowledge in car park business processes, ISO 9001, operational auditing, customer service management, and human resource management are advantageous.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
Possess own transport as traveling is required within car parks.
Willingness to resolve operational issues during odd hours, weekends, or public holidays and be contactable for Management support after office hours.
