Operation Executive

HWG Digital Investment Bank – Victoria, Labuan
Responsibilities:Conduct onboarding processes for new clients including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Manage and maintain customer accounts.
Perform product presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and submit complete documents to authorities and comply with the bank's requirements and policies.
Interact with relevant authorities (Labuan) for compliance tasks.
Handle Company Secretarial tasks.
Liaise and respond to customer requests and enquiries promptly.
Assist the operation team with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Perform general office administration duties including compiling and maintaining files in an organized manner.
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications:A degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business or any equivalent field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the finance or banking industry.
Familiarity with KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
