Job DescriptionRole Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Sports Facility Executive to conduct the daily operations of our pickleball courts. You will handle customer inquiries and enhance user experience. Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Operations:
Ensure the facility is consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Manage court bookings and handle in-person transactions.
Oversee equipment, track supplies, and assist with maintenance and repairs.
Adhere to operational schedules and tasks.
Report directly to facility manager and upper management.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience for all facility users.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
Knowledge of racket sports, especially pickleball is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a permit to work in Malaysia
