Operation Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Conceptualize and execute a variety of customer-focused events.
Ensure weekly reports are reported timely with key findings for continuous improvement plan in terms of tactics.
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Position Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
Candidates with a finance background are preferred.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Knowledge of organizational efficiency and operations management.
A good command of spoken and written English.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
